Several stolen Ford F-150 Raptors recovered

    Michigan State Police arrested three people in connection with the theft of several Ford Performance vehicles last Thursday, according to the MSP Metro Detroit Twitter account.

    The police received a report about the theft of several Ford F-150 Raptors at a field in Dearborn around 9 p.m. local time on Wednesday, reports The Detroit News. A helicopter was used to follow one of the Raptors to a house near West Chicago, where the driver eventually abandoned the vehicle. Police have released video of the incident from the helicopter’s perspective, allowing us to see firsthand how the performance pickup was located.

    Police arrived soon after to recover the truck, arresting three people and locating three other stolen vehicles on the property, along with several sets of keys and a stolen firearm. One of the vehicles, according to the police, was a Shelby GT500 Mustang that was stolen from Ford’s Flat Rock assembly plant earlier this year.

    It is not known at this time if the other Raptors have been recovered. the investigation is ongoingaccording to Michigan State Police.
