EFQ Murcia

The varied menu with options for all tastes and the close and friendly treatment of its employees are some of the qualities that have allowed Boca te Lía to stand out and consolidate itself as one of the most demanded restaurants in all the region. This family business, which began its journey in 2011, has since continued its irresistible growth with which it intends to close 2022 with ten stores. Three other stores will join its Alcantarilla, Myrtea, Murcia, ZigZag, Montevida, Vega Plaza center and its Cartagena franchise: one in the Habaneras shopping center in Torrevieja, which will open in September, another in a shopping center in Murcia, and a final one in Andalusia, which will be open to the public before the end of the year. In each of them, La Boca te Lía will maintain the pillars on which its business is based: offering the best service and quality, honoring the hospitality sector and promoting a close and familiar character that builds customer loyalty.

Those who visit these new premises will be able to enjoy a menu that is constantly innovating in order to adapt to increasingly changing demands and tastes. In this sense, centered on the ‘fast casual-fast good’ gastronomic concept, it offers such interesting offers as the ‘Gulf’ sandwich, fruit of the restaurant’s collaboration with the Murcian artist Xuso Jones, who has put all his in creating her perfect recipe. Available since last December, ‘Golfo’ includes chicken breast, smoked gouda cheese, parmesan shavings and a fried egg, all bathed in a carbonara sauce cooked with cream, bacon, onion and a truffle touch.

In addition to this new snack, La Boca te Lía is preparing an innovative recipe this summer with the famous chef Julio Velandrino. For this year, the expert has modernized the traditional Caesar salad recipe and changed its name: it is now Julius Caesar. The new version includes oak leaves, iceberg lettuce and arugula, mozzarella cheese balls, grated parmesan cheese, crispy croutons, breaded breast and Cajun chicken, salmorejo dressing, Maldon salt and a caesar sauce.

Bites that move

Bocadictos, as the company calls its customers, have many options for enjoying Boca te Lía. In addition to being able to eat in the restaurant or enjoy it at home thanks to its local pick-up service, lovers of its menu will also be able to have it nearby during the most popular cultural events throughout Spain. La Boca te Lía has launched La Bocaneta, a “food truck” that will be present this summer, among other things, in the great show organized by the Trips Summer Club: Vela The Show, an event that has brought the nights of Ibiza to the region. On the other hand, in September you will also find yourself in the gastronomic area of the famous Molina de Segura B-Side festival, of which the company is also a sponsor.

To complete all this, as good lovers of the summer season, the members of Boca te Lía like to celebrate summer in style with details for their customers: beach mats, coolers, car umbrellas, beach balls… This year could not be less, so with any order, regardless of the amount, it can be purchased for just one euro plus a set of blades.
