RTVE.es previews the trailer for Objects, a disturbing thriller from the three-time Goya nominee, golden georges (Mindscape, The Ministry of Time, The Head), which features Alvaro Morte, China Suarez and Veronica Echegui A movie that with the participation of RTVE.es and It will hit theaters on September 30.
Written by the screenwriter Natxo Lopez (series creator lost), Objects it is a complex story of research and flight forward. Set in the seedy world of human traffickingtells us about individuals who take care of objects as people and those who treat people as if they were objects.
A film for which Dorado, who has already worked on The pier con Alvaro Morte (recent winner of the Ondas Prize), is surrounded by an international cast which, together with the quadruple nominee Goya, Veronique Echeguiis completed by the popular Argentine actors China Suarez (Almost angels, you only live once), Daniel Araoz (winner of the Silver Condor for best actor for The man next door) y Andy Gorostiaga (Embroider), close to Maitane San Nicolas (Heirs of the Earth, The Ministry of Time) and the special participation of Congratulations Eguileor (The hole).

A macabre find
Mario (Álvaro Morte) works in a large lost and found warehouse where he keeps all sorts of objects accumulated over the decades. Mario, who has long since decided to distance himself from people, spends his free time investigating the origin of objects to return lost pieces of their lives to their owners. Only Helena (Verónica Echegui), a young policewoman who frequently visits the warehouse, was able to lightly penetrate his armor.
One day, a suitcase recovered from the bottom of the river arrives at the warehouse. Inside, he finds baby clothes next to human remains.. Mario decides to investigate on his own and, following the trail of the suitcase, he joins Sara (Cina Suárez), a young woman trapped since childhood in a human trafficking organization. A network that treats people as if they were objects.

A great team
Objects is a production of Tandem Films (the company of Pablo Bossi and Cristina Zumarragaresponsible for titles such as the multi-award winning Rose’s wedding and the winner of the Goya for animation The gallina Turuleca), which is co-produced by Setembro Cine (Neruda, a fantastic woman), Tormenta Films and La Maleta Perdida AIE from Spain, as well as Argentinian companies Pampa Films (A Chinese tale, black snow, limbo) and In Post We Trust and German Rexin Film (Grain, Lamb).
Objects it was shot last fall riding between various locations in Madrid and the Argentine province of Jujuywhich hosted many of the film’s action sequences.
The film features the winner of two Goya awards, Cristina Zumarragaas Executive Producer leading a high-level technical team as Art Director Curru Garrabal (What burns, Weather); the costume designer who won three Goya awards, Claire Bilbao (Maixabel, The Shadow of the Law, Homeland, Nobody Wants the Night); the fitters Pablo Zumarraga (You won’t sleep) y Carlos Egeathe soundman Juan Ferrowinner of two Goyas for sea inside there Adou; the production manager Maria Jose Diez (Loneliness, mother), or David Acerito (The Head, Feria), who made his debut in the production of photographs for a feature film after an advanced course as a cameraman.
