Kia renews the X Ceed with improvements in design and technology, but undoubtedly the most important thing is the arrival of the long-awaited vGT-Line version to give more character to the Korean CUV.
This version was one of the most constant requests from XCeed customers, as that spicy touch was what was missing from one of the most attractive models in Kia’s lineup. The GT-Line version not only brings a more sporty design, but also improves its dynamism on the road.

Aesthetically it will differ at first glance by elements such as the bold “tiger nose” design which frames the new grille, a wider lower air intake and reinforcements on the sides of the bumper. The chrome deflectors Dark liners help direct air forward to reduce drag and improve aerodynamic efficiency. On the back stand out striking hexagonal LED lights and a body colored lower diffuser.

There are also 18-inch alloy wheels, body-color running boards, roof rails and mirrors painted in high-gloss blackto enhance the sportiness of this model seen in profile.
There is even 12 paint finishesdepending on equipment, including three very distinctive new colours: Lemon Splash, Celadon Spirit Green and Yuca Steel Grey.

As for the interior of XCeed GT-Lineride a specific steering wheel with racing-inspired D-cut, black headliner, shift knob wrapped in perforated leather and the special design of the GT-line seats.
New design of the Kia XCeed 2023
Beyond the GT-Line version, the XCeed is catching up with optimizations in your patternalthough the engineers were clear that the CUV’s looks were one of its main virtues in achieving extraordinary sales of 120,000 units sold in Europe.

Gregory GuillaumeKia Europe’s Vice President of Design, said: “The XCeed is our most popular model within the Gama Ceed and it was important that we took this opportunity to refine its style and advance the design language of the Ceed. The changes we have made further emphasize the sporty, urban and adventurous nature of the XCeed.
The 2022 version of the Kia XCeed features new LED headlights in a revised grille, distinctive front bumper and innovative air intake design. By creatively integrating fog lights into the main headlights, designers were able to include air deflectors on both sides, which gently guide it around the wheels of the vehicle. This reduces drag and improves fuel efficiency. This also has 18-inch wheels with updated designs.
At the rear, changes include a new diffuser with gloss black underbody protectoras well as a discreet tailpipe design, which gives the Kia CUV a refreshed sporty look.
In the inside everything is practically identical to the 2020 XCeed, except for some changes in the upholstery of some versions, a new rear view mirror and more modern and ergonomic buttons for the steering wheel.
Regarding the technical part, there is little news in terms of technologysince it offers the latest Kia infotainment, connectivity and connectivity systems, while in the mechanical section it has the same mechanical offer as its predecessor, with gasoline, diesel, microhybrids and an plug-in hybrid variant with approximately 50 kilometers of 100% electric range.
